El Roi Hair Policy

As the sole stylist at El Roi Hair, I am committed to providing exceptional hair services in a professional and welcoming environment. Please review the following policies before booking an appointment.

Appointments & Scheduling

A deposit is required to secure your appointment, which will be applied to your final service cost.
Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period; beyond this, a late fee of £1 per minute will be charged.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full deposit refund.
No-shows will result in the loss of the deposit.
Repeat no-shows will be required to pay the full service amount in advance for future appointments.
Rescheduling must be made up to 48 hours before the appointment, anything after this will result in a new booking and new deposit.
Appointments can only be rescheduled once, anything more than this will result in a new booking and new deposit.

Payment & Pricing

Cash and bank transfers are accepted.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All services must be paid in full upon completion.
Children aged 5-10 years receive a 20% discount
Children aged 11-14 years receive a 10% discount

Hair Preparation

Please arrive with clean, blow-dried hair unless you have booked a blow-dry service.
An additional fee will apply for blow-drying services.
Note your hair must be at least 3 inches, if shorter please contact prior to booking your appointment

Children & Guests

To maintain a calm environment guests are not allowed
Children receiving services are allowed one accompanying adult.
If you require a guest to accompany you, please inform me in advance.

Hair Extensions

Hair extensions are not provided as part of my standard services.
If you require hair extensions, I can provide them at an additional cost
Bring pre-stretched hair to the appointment to avoid delays and extra fees
20” extensions for mid back length styles
26” extensions for waist length styles

Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

All sales are final. I do not offer refunds on services rendered.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify me via email within 2 days, and I will do my best to address your concerns.

Health & Safety

Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before service begins.
I maintain strict hygiene practices, including disinfecting tools and workstations after each client.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, being disrespectful, or violating my policies.
